CADENCE CONTRACT SERVICES, LLC
The Scope of Work for this project will consist of Between-Occupancy Super Preventive Maintenance Work. This will include but not be limited to the repair/clean/repaint of metal doors/frames, ceiling tiles and walls in the common areas only (corridors, stairwells, laundry, day rooms, entrance areas and Core Areas). All floor tile in these areas will be cleaned, waxed and polished. All major construction materials used in the construction process must meet Government specifications and be approved by JOC personnel. As part of this process a ?submittal process? is in place. All Materials that have not been used previously must be submitted via manufacturer cut-sheets. Previously used materials need only to be identified in a letter stating their intended use.
