Significant events that were completed during the reporting period include: Wave Front Error mount tests and design review, ETU sofware update, ETU FWA delivery, ETU ICE delivery, WFE Resolution CDR Advance the development of the ASIC development towards device delivery: 1. Built five (5) First Article ASIC units 2. Started evaluation tasks on the 5 first article units 3. Started assembly of Batch 1 Production 4. Conducted Manufacturing Readiness Review with the customer
