From Contract, Section C, Item 1. (General/Purpose):
"The Contractor shall perform all necessary survey work as described below in the proposed expansion of the Port of Entry site near Frontier, Stevens County, WA."
From Contract, Section C, Item 2.1. (Scope):
"The Contractor shall perform all necessary work required for delivery of a record survey of the property to be conveyed. This work involves management and planning, county records research, additional field survey if necessary, CAD modeling, mapping, authoring of legal descriptions, quality control and quality assurance, county submittals etc as specified. The Contractor shall set new monuments at the corner points along the boundary of the each portion of land to be acquired. The Contractor shall produce a legal description for the portion of each parcel to be acquired. The Contractor shall produce a legal description for the existing access and utility easement that falls inside the portion of the parcel to be acquired.The Contractor shall produce a legal description for the new relocated access and utility easement. This easement will be located inside or just outside (on the west) of the portion of land to be acquired, the planned location of the new access and utility easement will be provided to the contractor after the award date and before survey work commences, the new easement will be the same width as the existing one (60?). The Contractor shall set new monuments along the boundary of the new access and utility easement."
