The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work necessary to disconnect and dispose off one badly damaged transformer, disconnect and deliver to Building 2453 the second transformer (less damaged) at Substation #3. Bring the one transformer from Substation #1 and connect it at the right hand side of the bay. Provide and install one new 7500KVA transformer on the left side of the bay. Phase rotation testing and identification, and installation, alignment, and final connection to the existing substation equipment required for the two transformers to be installed at Substation #3.
