CDBG-R proposed activities for the Municipality of Cayey are for construction activities for which jobs opportunities for residents of Cayey will be pursued. It is estimataed that no less than 33% of the workforceplaced for the improvement of municipal roads will be held by residents of the Municipality of cayey as full time laborers and trainees. Priority will be given to Section 3 enterprises and residents. 8,102.63 lineal meters of municipal roads will be improve with the construction of gutters, water drainage systems and retention ponds.
