Implement energy efficient technologies on governement buildings and reduce energy consumption with three energy effieciency retrofit projects: 1) Replace the existing Main Library HVAC system with a new energy efficient water-cooled chiller unit; 2) Replace the existing Branch Library package unit with a new energy efficient package unit with VFDs installed on the fans; and 3) Retrofit the Whittier City Hall windows with dual pane glass with low-"E" glazing for energy efficiency.
