Quarterly Activities/Project Description	The remaining funds will not be spent. The goal of this grant was to hire a mental health nurse practitioner to provide mental health services to our homeless clients. We had secured a contract provider to provide these mental health services at approximately 20 hours per week for the grant term. When the availability of a carryover award was in question, it negatively impacted our ability to retain this individual.
