Quarterly Activities/Project Description Detail by project Daves Creek USFS informed us that they are not able to complete the remaining viewing platforms and trail work associated with this project. After discussion with project officer, we redirected this portion of the award to other similar fish passage projects within the Kenai Peninsula Borough. Specifically a failing bridge on Tall Tree Ave. / over Stariski Creek, near Anchor Point. Alternative project is fully complete. Anchor River Project completed per plan 4th Ave/ No Name Completed as scheduled - Spring inspection of last summers hydro-seeding was conducted. Project fully completed and closed Dairy Hill Lane Project site was moved from Dairy Hill Lane to a higher priority culvert barrier on Salmon Creek/ Salmon Creek Road. Project is fully completed with considerable match from other sources. Lagoon Creek Project fully completed as planned.

Description of Jobs Created Environmental Organization, oversaw the completion of Anchor River, Seward Lagoon, Tall Tree Bridge, and Salmon Creek Culvert The construction of all projects was completed in accordance with the plans and communication with the granting agency. Project is now considered 100% complete, pending approval of this final reporting requirement. Significant portion of the construction work was completed in the final quarter (4th quarter 2011) of the grant. Including labor, equipment operators, engineers and field supervision crews. In this final quarter reporting period, all work conducted was administrative in nature, including the final report writeup to the granting agency (NOAA)
