MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Utilize funding for ongoing case management, provide financial assistance, and property inspections. Use HPRP funding to continue to provide direct program services to customers for payment of program oversight by the program manager through a subgrantee; Provide life skills classes such as budgeting, cooking on a budget, and weatherization activities to reduce energy use. Use funding for rental assistance, security deposits, and utility payments for HPRP as well as assistance with credit repair; Utilize emergency hotel assistance; conduct admin activities including monthly audits of spending and compilation reports; Communicate with subgrantees about requirements of the HPRP, Process invoices and provide technical assistance; Provide housing search/placement services;
