| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
During this quarter we carried out the fieldwork phase of the project for 2012. This consisted of a 22-day cruise aboard the USCGC Healy. On the cruise we serviced the Arctic Observing Network (AON) mooring, conducted a hydrographic/velocity survey of the western Arctic Boundary Current, and carried out numerous ancillary projects including a glider program. We are now engaged in the processing of the newly collected mooring and hydrographic data. A graduate student continues to analyze some of the data collected to date as part of a master?s thesis.
