| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
Universal City Streets and Drainage Project: This project was completed in July 2010. Drainage improvements were made in the Parkview Estates subdivision of Universal City, Texas. Total cost of project was $129,813.17.
Casa Helotes Senior Center Improvements Project: Phase I of this project was completed in July 2010. The County installed a new walk-in refrigerator/ freezer at Casa Helotes Senior Center located in Helotes, Texas. Total cost of this phase was $42,500. Phase II includes a 600 sq. ft. expansion of the senior center. Project was completed on June 2012. Total expended 152,561.00
City of Somerset Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement: This project includes an impact fee study, engineering and design plans for the expansion of the sewage treatment plant located in the City of Somerset, Texas. The project was completed in September 2010. Total cost of project was $137,562.
Bexar County expended $38,601.83 in administrative funds for administrative and project management activities related to this grant.
