CHP Building Improvement Project The CHP Building Improvement Project will allow the recipient to relocate its Federally Qualified Health Center to a site that is more than twice the size of its former location through extensive renovations to the new site. The additional space will enhance the effectiveness and availability of a range of health services. These services will ultimately improve the health and well-being of the clients in our service area.
