Quarterly Activities/Project Description The unspent ARRA funds for Wyoming are funds that were returned from advances given to the sub-recipient which were not completely expended. Due to the numerous IBTS and National WAP evaluations and inspections and anticipated administrative close out costs, sub-recipients reserved small portions of their advances to cover any close out and evaluation costs associated with ARRA. The close out costs and evaluation costs ended up being less than was anticipated, which left a total of $30,565.65 unspent. Units completed this quarter to date are: 1533
