GREAT BROOK VALLEY HEALTH CENTER, INC.
The CIP funds allow Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center to renovate approximately 4,600 SF to provide additional medical and mental health rooms so that new providers hired under IDS can have space in which to see new patients. The Health Center is located in Worcester, MA, the second largest city in New England. It serves 100 cities and towns in Central Massachusetts with primary medical, dental, and mental health services as well as extensive support services. The increased number of patients will lead to increased billable visits and long term stability for the Health Center.

We completed our project during this quarter. QUARTERLY PROJECT DESCRIPTION ? April 1, 2011 to June 30, 2011
During this quarter we completed the renovations envisioned in our CIP project. Most of the work was completed by March 31, 2011 but we did need to complete the work on the expansion of the third floor Pharmacy. We completed punch list items and did painting and carpeting in public areas. This included balancing the new HVAC system. We are now 100% complete. Patients have been very complementary about the improvements.
