The project requires Construction Management (CM) services on behalf of the GSA Region 8 over the course of 6 months. The CM services help assure the government that there is full value for the construction services rendered. The CM, GSBS Architects, provides Principal, Project Manager, Administrative Assistant, Environmental Technicians, Cost Estimators and Schedule Auditors to continuously review the design submittals and the demolition progress through February 15, 2010. The CM attends regularly scheduled project meetings in Billings as well as intermediate telecons at least on a weekly basis. The environmental technician is on site full time for eight weeks during the abatement period. The fee is billed on a progress completed basis over the course of 6 months.
