Capital Improvement Project - Palm Beach County Health Services
This grant will support renovations to multiple primary health care clinics in Palm Beach County; support the installation of hurricane doors at three sites; and support the installation of a patient flow monitoring and appointment system in all health department sites. This will support the health department's goal of increasing the capacity and efficiency of this primary care safety net system.

The installation and implementation of the Q-Flow system took place during this final quarter. This patient flow tracking system has been successfully installed and is being utilized throughout the agency at multiple clinic sites. Feedback from patients and staff have been positive towards the use of this system. Final closeout payments were made to vendors for services completed as a result of this funding. All projects have been officially completed and all funds have been spent. |
