The award has been divided into two projects. The first is for work at the Turner Park Townhomes (80 units). This project includes replacing all kitchen and laundry area cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets and lights, installing new closet doors, painting the exterior doors, replacing all screen doors, landscaping all units, relocating dumpster areas, installing decorative fencing and site lighting, and resurfacing the existing parking lots. The second project is the completion of an earlier rehab of the 4 story 119 unit senior and/or persons with disabilities project stalled due to a lack of funding. This project includes replacing all apartment doors, installing new rangehoods, installing new mail boxes, installing a new air handler, re-roofing with possible new solar hot water system, installing a new lawn irrigation system installing new exterior security lighting, installing a new entry canopy, power wash the building and resurfacing the existing parking lot.
