The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri is implementing the following activities using Capital Fund Recovery Act funding: 219 units of the GUINOTTE MANOR (MO002000003) public housing development are being rehabilitated; 210 units of the THERON B. WATKINS (MO002000006) public housing development are being rehabilitated; 100 units of the WEST BLUFF (MO002000008) public housing development are being rehabilitated; 135 units of the BRUSH CREEK TOWERS (MO002000013) public housing development are being rehabilitated; 20 units of the DUNBAR GARDENS (MO002000014) public housing development are being rehabilitated; 120 units of the PEMBERTON HEIGHTS (MO002000025) public housing development are being rehabilitated; 232 units of the RIVERVIEW (MROP) (M0002000033) public housing development are being rehabilitated; 30 units of the SCATTERED sites(MO002000328) public housing units are being rehabilitated; 25 units of the SCATTERED SITES (MO002000438) are being rehabilitated; 100 uinits of the SCATTERED SITES (MO002000738) public housing development are being rehabilitated; 5 units of the Beacon Park Town Homes (Not issued) public housing development are being developed.
