Infrastructure Purpose and Rationale	The NJ Pinelands Commission is requiring us to install and utilize the newest technology possible for our sewer treatment plant. The new MBR system will allow us to continue to discharge into the Deep Run Stream since the previous alternative of deep well injections will not work at the site we had planned to use. The BBMUA's 2011 Treatment Plant Upgrade will install the latest MBR technology to our facility and will produce the best possible water discharge. Project is completed 50% or more and is funded by a loan as well as our ARRA grant award ID NJ BBMUA 92 01.
