QUINCY, CITY OF
Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Under this program, individuals and families who would be homeless BUT FOR this program may apply for HPRP assistance, which may be provided in the form of rental assistance, security and utility deposits, and utility payments. Applicants
receive an initial assessment from a case worker at one of our local anti-poverty agencies.
