Quarterly Activities/Project Description	Registrations and travel have been arranged for all the EHS staff to attend the NAEYC Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida. At the end of this quarter, all ARRA funds designated over the two year period were not expended. $24,198.95 remain unspent. The unspent dollars are primarily the result of an over-estimate of the number of hours that would be needed by the EHS Program for mental health consultation. Infant and toddler playgrounds for the St. Henry's site, the Temple site and the Columbia City site where socializations occur have been finalized and installed. Final plans and payment for advertizing/recruitment have been completed with a local billboard company to be displayed in all threee counties that EHS serves. Training/observation plans with Early Childhood Alliance, the local Resource and Referral agency, have been completed and a contract agreement finalized. The equipment for the EHS Nurse to do lead screening with all children who don't get it through their doctor has been purchased and a plan in place.
