Quarterly Activities/Project Description EHS ARRA EXPANSION-serves 118 infants, toddlers and pregnant women. Purchased 2 bldgs and remodeled 3 bldgs, startup costs and prorated operations and t/ta funding, ISD (24CB), Washington, Mayes, Nowata and Rogers Counties. Activities includes: Site in Mayes, Tulsa and Washington Counties are 100% completed. Washington County has 2 classrooms serving 16 children (8 ea) and serving 10 homebase children. Mayes County has 2 classrooms serving 16 children (8 ea) and serving 10 homebase children. Tulsa County has 5 classrooms serving 40 children (8ea) and serving 10 homebase children. Rogers County has 2 classrooms serving 16 children (8 ea). Preliminary analysis of developmental progress indicates appropriate developmental gains for 99% of the children enrolled. All developmental progress is being tracked through the creative curriculum goals. Additionally all familes being served are engaged in the family partnership agreement process. 7 individuals has attended PITC Module Training to become certified trainers. Quality rating has been completed and Catoosa is scheduled for January 2012. Verbal results shared were very positive. This last quarter was spent liquidating all financial aspects of the project with zero funds remaining.

Description of Jobs Created 21 Teachers/Assist Teachers, 5 cooks, 1 family mentor specialist, 5 coorindators/specialists, 2 FMS/site directors, 5 homebase educators, 3 non-primary caregivers, 4 subs (educators), 1 manager, 1 operations manager, 1 education/FSR and 1.2 acctg staff were created.
