Quarterly Activities/Project Description	Grant enabled Native Village of Unalakleet to winterize Tribal Building which houses its offices, meeting rooms, archives. Space used for tribal and community affairs- education -operations- meetings. Consisted on re-skirting the building which does not have a foundation but is on piers. The new skirting was insulated with 6-8 " of foam. Exposed water and waste pipes running ude the floor were also insulated. All singe pane windows were replaced with new triple pane glass. New ( winter) doors were installed. And repairs were made to the roof ( leaks and air leaks). In prior years building had no running water for 4 months a year. Now have water and serer year round, and building very warm. Anticipate 33% savings on Fuel.
