The contractor shall provide Techinal Assistance to 50 additional grantees who received grants through funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). As a result the contractor will (1) support a higher volume of calls from grantees who are learning to use the DOL Management Information System (MIS) to report program services and benchmarks, (2) provide MIS regional trainings to enable ARRA grantees to learn how to use the DOL Management Information System (MIS) reporting tool and (3) provide on-site technical assistance to ARRA grantees that need intensive support in learning and managing the DOL Management Information System (MIS) reporting tool.
