Power Purchase Agreement (PPA),to deliver renewable photovoltaic energy to the United States Air Force Academy electrical distribution system, between Colorado Springs Utilities and SunPower Corporation was signed on September 21, 2010. SunPower is currently working on the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) required before construction activities (site civil work)starts. Mobilization to the site is scheduled for November 4, 2010, and first power delivered is currently scheduled for March 2011. |
