Kennedy Federal Office Building (JFK FOB) Window Replacement and MC Smith Federal Office Building (FOB) Modernization and Renovation projects with focus on advancing the project to a successful budget, scope and schedule delivery point. Review and input of all financial data into ePM (GSA?s electronic Project Management system). Some specific activities on the JFK FOB includes advancement of the Hazardous Material Work Plan with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), review of curved window submittal / mock-up issues, and general project support issues. Specific activities on MC Smith FOB includes continued management of cost and schedule related issues from the Contractor such as converting the front pavilion allowance to a fixed price under the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), public relations development and design coordination.
