Quarterly Activities/Project Description
The Drainage Remediation project for the PBPN referenced above was completed in totality on Friday, August 26, 2010. On this date all seeding and mulching activity was completed as specified in the contract. All conditions have been met and approval for final payment has been issued by the PBPN Construction Manager. It is noted that a change order was requested by the Construction Manager for the PBPN as excavation revealed excess free water residing under the patio pavers and on the north side of the A wing of the structure. This change order was noted, completed, and appropriate work was done to remediate this action as approved by H2B the design firm and the PBPN Construction Manager. ARRA grant funding was not adequate to fund the complete change order thus the PBPN funded the remainder as needed.
