In the second quarter started installation of steam lines. Approximately 1,000 lf of piping has been installed and fabrication of steam reducing station was completed. For third quarter the following work was completed and $352,949.50 of revenue was generated. Completed all steam reducing stations, demolition of all terraccata tiles in bldg 74 and 75, removed curing in bldg. 74 and 75, removed concrete lides in bldg 74 and 75, received all material for exterior steam piping and started excavation of exterior portion of project. Contractor worked extended hours to make up for "bad weather" days in order to keep job on schedule and have heat on in time for cold season. $167,855.00 was billed in the 4th quarter. Project approx. 85% completed. Job is 96% completed, $326,606.00 was billed in first quarter of 2011. Installation of interior steam trenches ongoing and waiting on VA to provide final selection for floor finishes. Anticipate being completed in April 2011. Final section of floor finishes has not been provided as per 2nd quarter of 2011. Job cannot be completed until finish selection made. No billings for and quarter 2011 and no work performed. No billings for 3rd quarter and no work performed. Waiting on change orders. 4th quarter - no work performed, waiting on change orders-no billings. 1st quarter 2012 - still waiting on change order & final flooring selection. Waiting on "hot weather conditions" to finalize testing. Third Quarter - All paperwork has been finalized and all work completed. |
