Quarterly Activities/Project Description The construction phase of this project is 100% complete. A resident now occupies the last unit. All landscaping is complete. We are monitoring grass growth to achieve a healthy stand of grass per the contraact. The only things lacking within the contract are paperwork items to be submitted. Final billing has not occured. Amount of funds recieved / invoiced is actually $1,037,977.00 to include modifications - I could not enter this amount as it was more than the original award. I therefore entered the completed award amount. This will be the final report as there will be no further constrution items to report.
