Quarterly Activities/Project Description	To date, all of the Flat (4,108) and Bent Punch Windows (194) have been replaced. All water testing of the punch windows has been successfully completed. The new curtain wall installation including exterior framing, glass components and pressure plates has been completed. Installation of the interior & exterior trim is in progress. Water testing of the stair tower curtain wall has been successfully completed. Demolition of the glass and curtain wall system at 4th floor courtyard has been completed. Upon completion of demolition it was determined that the structural integrity of the existing CMU wall surrounding the courtyard is not reliable. This area is currently on hold while a revised design is finalized and executed
