Work was complete in FY10 Q3 Chevron ES is providing construction services for the direct benefit and use of the United States Government through a procurement contract subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The agreement is not a grant, cooperative agreement, or other financial assistance agreement. Chevron ES will replace the HVAC equipment at building 173 at the Picatinny Arsenal in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The overall goal of this scope of work is to replace existing aging HVAC equipment with new energy efficient HVAC equipment. Work includes the installation of two (2) – 25 ton package units with electric heat and economizers in building 173.
