For the quarter 10/01/2011 to 12/31/2011, operating expenses for costs such as payroll, benefits, utilities, rent and vehicle gas applicable to the previous quarter, which was the end of the grant period, were recorded to that period and drawndown in this quarter. All technical and training assistance had been previously recorded. Two seasonal infant toddler classrooms were operating and fully enrolled this quarter, but funding for this quarter's expenses are included in our Migrant Grant Award No 90CM9792/09. The two seasonal classrooms were fully functional and operational until December 2, 2011. The project has been completed and there is $19,771.51 left unspent on Grant No 90SG9792/02. |
