Center retro-commissioning. Contractor shall fix fan system deficiencies, furnish and install actuators, calibrate airflow & replace dampers. Contractor shall replace inefficient lighting with efficient ballasts lamps & fixtures. Contractor shall install energy efficient humidification system in national print room. Contractor shall install new energy efficient roll-up exterior doors. Repair computer room air conditioning units. Location: IRS
