Quarterly Activities/Project Description	Major interior work continued on Floors 4 and 13 throughout the period. Floor 13 was turned over to the tenant in March. Betterment on previously abated floors was on-going in January. Abatement at the exterior soffit began in January but caused concern regarding asbestos releases on Floor 2. As of Janaury 31, betterment work and roof work in progress to upgrade the cooling system was suspended to evaluate the asbestos abatement process. As of March 31 the 4th floor fit-out work continued but other work still remained suspended.
