| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
Forrester Construction Company has assisted and managed the subcontractors with all work pertaining to this contract. Forrester has mobilized on site and has provided supervision and quality control services pertaining to all work being completed. The site contractor has been on site to do minor final excavation and fill. They have also delivered several truck loads of suitable planting soils for the new plantings. Finally, they have prepared the subgrade by getting proper compaction and grading. The masonry subcontractor has completed the bluestone walkway. This includes several thousands of square feet of new stone and grouting. They have also completed almost all of the World War I monument re-pointing and cleaning. Specifically they have done new Joss cleaning and specialized grout and mortar injections. The electrician has completed the installation of new lights and light sensors. The landscape subcontractor has completed all plantings and seeding. |
