Quarterly Activities/Project Description	This project is a safety and operational improvement project in Fulton County. The proposed project will upgrade six intersections and is located along and adjacent to Mt. Vernon Rd. Intersection upgrades include the addition of sidewalks and high visibility crosswalks, addition of Americans with Disabilities Act ramps and hardscapes, and modifying sizes of raised islands to allow for proper crosswalk installation. Intersection approaches will be milled and overlaid. The installation will include decorative mast arm poles with luminaries and illuminated street name signs. Pedestrian lighting will be added throughout the entire project. The intersection signals and traffic control will be upgraded at each intersection. Fiber Optic cables will be installed along the corridor.
