| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
The Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) will provide direct funding assistance to eligible Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects. The new program is intended primarily to supplement affordable housing developments that have been unable to secure adequate equity commitments in the current market. Forty-seven projects have been selected for TCAP funding in NY State. Upon completion, these projects will provide approximately 4500 units of affordable housing to families at or below 60% of AMI.
As of this quarters' end we have 47 projects that have completed construction out of 48. We have disbursed 100% of the TCAP Funds
