Examples of how ARRA funding was utilized include: •The purchase of technological equipment to enhance existing projects, demonstrating an investment in infrastructure. •The expansion of professional development activities to help educators utilize technology in the classroom, demonstrating an investment in human capital. •The increased concentration of funding in existing high-risk/high-need LEAs. •The expanded reach of the program into LEAs that have not been reached in the past.
