| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
Quarterly activities include the fabrication of changed piping, conduit, and duct work made necessary by Re-Blocking / Re-Stacking completed; fabrication and delivery of materials for numerous interior trades; grading and installation of the concrete trail; acoustic ceiling installation; carpet flooring installation at Building 2 and 3; tile installation at restrooms were installed; interior storefronts were installed at various levels on Building 2 and 3; food service equipment installation; build out of Building 2 mechanical equipment rooms including punch list and clean up; wood ceilings were installed in the main lobby along with metal wall panels, stone and wood flooring; concrete paving and installation of landscaping soil, tree plantings, and uplands landscape plantings; prime, painting and installation of fire extinguisher cabinets at Levels P2 through P8; elevations included stone veneer and stone coping; the work at the entry courtyard progressed including landscape soils, boulders and irrigation system; the child care area work progressed including excavation, waterproofing, stone veneer, sidewalks, storm drains, concrete stairs and site light fixtures; and the work at the North Swale location progressed including backfilling, grading, retaining walls, stone veneer, site lighting and concrete stairs. |
