- 17,223 new vehicles have arrived at the marshalling points. Of those, all 17,223 have been exchanged for the replacement vehicles.
- A cumulative 17,223 vehicles have been sold with gross revenue of $50,538,505.
- A spend plan for the proceeds from the sale of vehicles has been finalized and orders have been placed for energy efficient vehicles.
- 9/9/10 û Awarded contract for research on sound masking in a UFAD environment to a woman-owned small business. This is one of the research activities under the Federal High-Performance Green Building Demonstration Project at the regional EPA headquarters in Denver.
- 8/11 û Awarded contract to add and modify the Whole Building Design Guide resource webpages to address new, emerging and evolving requirements, strategies, practices, tools and technologies relating to high performance sustainable buildings.
- 7/20-21 û Held workshop with the National Academies of Science and experts in green building design, construction, operations and finance to identify green building tools and practices to achieve high performance in buildings in the federal sector. Coordinated the workshop with the July 20 White House Clean Energy Economy Forum on Federal Leadership and Sustainable Building.
- 6/15 û Awarded interagency agreement with the Department of Energy for the services of Pacific Northwest National Laboratories (PNNL) to conduct research on the annual Federal High-Performance Green Building Demonstration Project at the regional EPA headquarters in Denver.

Major Planned Actions
GSA has plans to reach $5 billion in total contract awards by September 30, 2010.
- Develop white paper with National Academy of Sciences following July 20-21 workshop on tools to help achieve goals and priorities around high-performance green buildings. Next meeting of the expert committee is scheduled November 2-4, 2010.
- Putting Energy Research into Practice - Develop vehicle to identify effective energy reduction technologies and strategies proven through research (national labs and academics); then develop tools and communication strategies to get this information into the hands of field personnel (e.g., facility managers)
- Develop Two tasks through an IAA with DOE: Lighting Technology - identify best practice relighting solutions; develop office lighting solutions that reduce duplicative design efforts for similar projects; plan, train and educate relighting implementation teams; and determine effective measurement and evaluation metrics to support continuous improvement in lighting; and Green Bldg Rating system review (legally mandated review of 3rd party certification systems)

Modernize, enhance and extend electronic health information technology in the Indian Health Service (IHS) to improve access, quality, safety and overall health status of American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) patients and populations.
Engineering surveys and installation of new and updated telecommunications systems at American Embassies, and other diplomatic posts overseas. The services required include site surveys, the furnishing of equipment and materials, cabling and wiring, equipment preparation installation within the specified post, testing and acceptance procedures, training, remote maintenance, and spare parts provisioning.
Provides integrated IT Support Services for the operation, maintenance and development of its IT systems where seven separate IT systems will be integrated into one operating system. The task areas include project management, operation support, corrective maintenance, adaptive maintenance, perfective maintenance, software upgrades, training, strategic planning and portfolio management, and help desk services.
Provide project management support to the Rural Development ARRA program and related mission initiatives. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has entered into a reimbursable agreement with GSA's Public Buildings Service (PBS) for the continued development of the DHS HQ Consolidation project on St. Elizabeths Campus. GSA's Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) will support this effort by acquiring the services of a single contractor to design, procure, configure/install, test, and maintain a seamless IT infrastructure for the campus. FAS has entered into a reimbursable agreement with PBS; this agreement transfers $90 million in DHS Recovery Act authority to FAS to complete the IT infrastructure development work.
