Program Purpose
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 provides $555 million in funding for the Department of Defense Homeowners Assistance Program.
Targeted measures for the program are aligned with meeting the objectives in the Recovery Act by benefiting Wounded Warriors, surviving spouses of fallen warriors, and wounded DoD civilian homeowners.
