Recipients Continue to Report

The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 (the Act) requires recipients of Recovery contract, grant, and loan awards to report every quarter on how the funding is being spent.  The Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board (the Board), which was created by the Act, collects all the data that recipients report every quarter and displays it on Recovery.gov. The Act did not provide a final quarter for recipients to report.

Without a specific end date for recipient reporting and without legislative action by Congress to end reporting, the Office of Management and Budget’s guidance on reporting remains in effect and recipients with open awards will continue to report until further notice.

The next reporting period occurs from October 1 through October 14, 2013 and the new data will be posted on Recovery.gov on October 30.
