FAMILY HEALTH CENTERS, INC
With the IDS grant funds, FHC will provide uninsured and low income persons living in the Louisville Metro area with increased access to primary care and oral health services by increasing its medical and dental provider ans support staff. In order to increase access to primary care and oral health services, FHC has hired the following new staff positions: 1.0 FTE Physician, 1.0 Registered Nurse, 1.0 Medical Assistant, 1.0 Registration Clerk, 1.0 Dentist, 1.0 Dental Assistant. These employees are located at the Family Health Center - Portland facility. With additional provider and support staff, FHC will increase the number of patients and visits for primary care and oral health services in the two year grant period.
