Recovery.gov - Track the Money

Recovery.gov is the U.S. government’s official website providing easy access to data
related to Recovery Act spending and allows for the reporting of potential fraud, waste, and abuse.

 Where is The Money Going? 

This map shows you where the Recovery Act money is going and who is getting it. Use the controls along the top to choose which geographic area you would like to view. The expandable navigation on the right side allows you to refine your display options for recipients. Click on a recipient dot and view more information about their awards.

The data on the blue map comes from prime and sub-recipient reports. The state totals include awards from prime recipients in the state to sub-recipients also in the state, and awards from prime recipients outside the state to sub-recipients in the state. The data on the gold map is reported weekly by federal agencies. Unemployment map source: Bureau of Labor Statistics.
